Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive image and showcasing the organization's culture and values.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
