Civil Lead
We are looking for candidates for the position Civil Lead
Functions:
Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to medium and large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
Lead and/or oversee the development of structural calculations, technical studies, specifications, and engineering deliverables.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements (e.g., Eurocodes and project-specific regulations).
Review and approve engineering documentation produced by junior and mid-level engineers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping, architectural, etc.) to ensure integrated and consistent design solutions.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions, acting as a technical representative when required.
Manage technical risks and contribute to problem-solving during project execution.
Support project planning from a technical perspective, including effort estimation and workload distribution.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering standards, tools, and methodologies within the department.

Technical Knowledge / IT Tools:
Extensive experience with structural analysis and design software:
STAAD.Pro / SAP2000 / CYPE
Other advanced structural tools as applicable
Strong command of Microsoft Excel for advanced engineering calculations and project control.
Languages:
High level of English (C1-C2), with fluency in technical communication, reporting, and client interaction.
Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
