Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage construction teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays and conflicts.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project management and clients.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction supervision and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
• International allocation availability.
