Junior HSE Engineer

Responsabilities:

• Preparation and review of HSE plans, procedures, and management system documentation.
• Participation in HSE audits and inspections at international project sites.
• Delivery of HSE training and awareness programs.
• Support in the preparation of HSE documentation for bids and proposals.
• Assistance in risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSE reporting activities.
• Support in the development, monitoring, and analysis of HSE KPIs and digitalization initiatives.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar).
• Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
• Good knowledge of HSE management systems.
• Fluent English ( C1 level).
• Availability for international travel.
• Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to develop a career in HSE within an international environment.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and AI tools will be considered an asset.
