Líder Equipos Estáticos Proyectos POWER

We are seeking an experienced Static Equipment Senior Engineer for Power Plants to join our Engineering team in Madrid. 

Responsabilities:

• Prepare and review equipment specifications, datasheets, and engineering deliverables.
• Perform the design, specification, and procurement activities for static equipment, including storage tanks, pressure vessels, drums, and other related equipment.
• Prepare technical requisitions and inquiry documentation for equipment procurement.
• Review vendor quotations and prepare technical bid evaluations.
• Support procurement teams in technical and commercial evaluations.
• Prepare technical documentation for purchase orders.Review, comment, and approve vendor drawings and documentation, coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical support during expediting, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Interface with clients, licensors, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in technical meetings and provide engineering support to project management and project engineering teams.
• Attend to internal review activities and participate in inter-discipline review meetings (P&IDs and 3D Model review, etc).
• Work effectively within multicultural and international project environments.

Competences:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Static Equipment Engineering.
• Proven experience in Power Generation projects (Combined Cycle, Thermal Power Plants, Waste-to-Energy, Biomass, or similar).
• The candidate must demonstrate experience in autonomous work and have worked on service projects such as pre-FEEDs, FEEDs, etc., and/or have assumed the role of PMC/PMT supervising the work of another contractor
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, EN, etc.).
• Candidates shall be fully conversant with international design codes for storage tanks:
  API 650 /620 / API625
  API 2000    
  ASME V and ASME IX
  EN14015
  EN14620 / EN1473
  EN ISO 15607/ EN ISO 15609/ EN ISO 15614
   Eurocodes 0 to 9
• Knowledge of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) and composite storage tanks will be highly valued, including experience in the design, fabrication, and inspection of equipment in accordanc.

IT Tools:

• Experience with industry-standard software is required, including PV Elite, Compress & AMETANK.

Languages:

• English, minimum B2 level.
