Responsabilities:

Coordinate and supervise the team, manage man-hours
• Control and monitor project milestones.
• Resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with other departments and operational centers. 
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain strong relationships with Clients and Partners.
• Prepare project progress reports.
• Manage change orders
• Review project schedule and ensure compliance. 

• English: minimum C1 level required
• Report to Department Management
• Ensure compliance with Quality Plan
• Control and supervise the production of electrical engineering deliverables within the project
• Review and approve electrical engineering documents
• Contribute to continous improvement of the Department: lessons learned, procedure development needs, training requirements, etc.

• Strong team management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactive mindset
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team

• MS Office suite
• Knowledge of electrical engineering software (ETAP, SKM Power Tools, SmartElectrical, etc.) is a plus

• Availability to travel
