Reliability Specialist Engineer
Reliability Engineering Specialist with experience in Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) studies and Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA), supporting the design, optimization, and lifecycle performance of industrial systems.
- Perform RAM analyses using reliability block diagrams, fault tree analysis, and simulation tools to evaluate system performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Interpret key reliability indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and availability, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct criticality assessments (ECA) to prioritize equipment based on failure probability and impact on safety, production, cost, and environment.
- Provide reliability input during engineering phases (concept, FEED, detailed design), ensuring optimal system configuration and maintainability.
- Analyze failure and maintenance data to develop predictive models and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify system bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize operational performance.
- Prepare technical reports ensuring alignment with international standards and project specifications.
Technical Competencies:
- Knowledge of RAM methodologies, including reliability modeling, availability analysis, and maintainability assessments.
- Ability to perform Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA), supporting risk-based prioritization and decision-making.
- Knowledge in reliability tools and statistical techniques to support predictive and lifecycle analysis.
- Knowledge of international standards (IEC, ISO, API) related to reliability and asset integrity.
