Water Treatment Specialist - Package Units Department

We are looking for a Water Treatment Specialist with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in this type of equipment such as Waste water treatment plants, Sanitary water treatment plants, Desalination plants, Demineralized water treatment plants etc.

Main responsabilities

• Review project specifications and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation for inquiry.
• Review Vendor offers and prepare technical evaluations.
• Support procurement team in defining cost evaluation for equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation for purchase.
• Review, mark-up comments and finalize all vendor drawings, interfacing with other technical disciplines and Client.
• Attend to internal review activities and participate in inter-discipline review meetings (P&IDs screening, 3D Model review, etc.)
• Coordinate and assist other technical disciplines to perform engineering activities providing technical information as utilities and electrical load list, layouts, etc
• Provide support for expediting and testing activities.
• Provide support to project engineering for Client requirements providing technical information, attending meetings, etc.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in the preparation of specifications, design, calculation, selection, technical evaluation of offers, inspection and tests of Package Units equipment (mainly Water Treatment Plants, but experience on other types of equipment will also be positively valued).
• Experience in the application of Norms, International Standards, quality control plans and personnel management for the execution of projects.
• Main valuable personal characteristics are: leadership, proactivity, honesty, focusing on targets, team building and open to learn.
